Original software is very lame and hard to use. This software allows to compare several XRF spectrums, print them, zoom, use logarithmic scale, add markers, see energy levels of any point.
Usage: export spectrum from Vanta to CSV, crop to spectrum data and use. Direct import is experimental as Olympus change output from time to time.
